These boards have buffered acid free surface, core and backing paper, suitable for non-conservation framing of: posters, fine art prints, craft projects, and amateur photography, and professional photos.

4 ply Thickness (.050-.060)
All Mats are cut at a 45 Degree Bevel and feature center cut openings for a perfect portrait or landscape view.

Standard Core - DOUBLE MAT Order Form

To order double mats, please first select the size of the bottom mat, then the color of the top mat, the color of the bottom mat and the quantity. We cut double mats with a 1/4 inch reveal between the top mat and bottom mat (1/2 inch larger opening for the top mat). For example, if your bottom mat has an opening of 7.5x9.5 the top opening would be cut to 8x10

The top and bottom mats show up as different line items in the shopping cart. If you make changes for quantities, you will need to change both lines.

* Blanks are matboard which has been cut to a specified outer dimension, but with no opening. These are sometimes used as backing, but more commonly used for customers who wish to cut their own mats.
