100% Pure cotton museum board with solid color throughout. This extra rigid board has special surface sizing for French matting and art media. Available in all sizes.

All Mats are cut at a 45 Degree Bevel.

To order double mats, please first select the size of the bottom mat, then the color of the top mat, the color of the bottom mat and the quantity. We cut double mats with a 1/4 inch reveal between the top mat and bottom mat (1/2 inch larger opening for the top mat). For example, if your bottom mat has an opening of 7.5x9.5 the top opening would be cut to 8x10

UNBUFFERED RAG MAT MUSEUM SOLIDS
100% Cotton, non-buffered, 100% lignin-free. Non-buffered rag boards are recommended for many photographic emulsions such as albumen, dye transfers, chromogenic prints and cyanotopes, as well as animal based materials such as leather, silk and wool that require a low alkaline environment.
